Beijing Taichengxin Measurement and Control Tech Co., Ltd (TCX for short) is a high tech enterprise and focus on powertrain (Engine/Transmission/Axle) assembly to provide the entire digitized solution and service for process development and design, nonstandard equipment delivery include manufacturing, installation, commissioning and process validation.
1999
Developed and deployed China’s first shim measurement machine and main gear nut tightening machine, among other key equipment.
2004
Beijing Taichengxin Measurement & Control Co., Ltd. was established, with R&D focused on “tapered roller bearing preload technology,” achieving multiple world and domestic firsts through continuous innovation; provided integrated digital assembly solutions for China’s axle industry.
2008
First proposed in China Automotive News the application of digital assembly technology to construct world-class powertrain systems, subsequently commercializing this technology; successfully developed and deployed China’s first backlash detection equipment.
2010
Awarded Beijing High-Tech Enterprise certification; invented advanced bearing inspection technology; formulated proprietary digital assembly theory for powertrain systems based on practical experience, and successfully hosted the 1st China Powertrain Digital Assembly Technology Forum.
2015
Completed and commissioned the R&D and manufacturing base in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA); successfully launched digital production lines for Power Transfer Units (PTUs) and Rear Drive Units (RDUs).
2016
Hosted the 4th China High-End Manufacturing Digital Assembly Forum; established two wholly-owned subsidiaries; successfully developed and mass-produced China’s first full-tooth backlash measurement system and NVH test bench.
2019
Completed and commissioned the manufacturing base in Nanchang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone; successfully delivered China’s first digital assembly line project for commercial vehicle axle assemblies.
2021
Awarded Beijing’s “Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative (SSDI) SME” certification; successfully implemented pre-assembly NVH online inspection equipment for new energy vehicle reducers.
2023
Successfully delivered and received awards for an aerospace critical power component assembly project; developed the world’s first diesel engine valve clearance adjustment and detection system.
2024
Successfully developed Shaft System Transmission Error (TE) online detection equipment; recognized as a “China Automotive Stealth Unicorn Enterprise.”
